Agnieszka (Aga) Homa, CPA

Partner

Aga brings nearly two decades of accounting and audit experience to the firm. She began her career at Deloitte as an audit associate, auditing and reviewing financial statements and performing Sarbanes-Oxley internal control testing for financial services and energy clients. She then spent seven years in internal audit at First Data Corporation and OppenheimerFunds, performing operational, compliance, and IT audits both domestically and internationally.

In public practice since 2017, Aga provides accounting and tax services to individuals and small businesses — bookkeeping in QuickBooks, timely financial statement reporting, and personal and business tax preparation, planning, and advisory. She keeps pace with current federal and state tax regulations to deliver accurate returns at reasonable rates, and believes her combination of public accounting and internal audit experience is what allows her to address clients’ needs and solve the challenges they face.

Aga holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Regis University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Her core strengths include auditing, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, US GAAP, enterprise risk management, and variance analysis.

Dominika Pabon, CPA

Partner

Born and raised in Poland, Dominika moved to the United States at nineteen, spending her first year as an au pair and working as a nanny while earning her degree. She graduated from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and began her accounting career during her senior year at a public accounting firm in Hauppauge, New York, gaining early experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and audit engagements. In 2008 she joined KPMG as an audit associate, performing financial statement audits for clients across a range of industries.

After earning her CPA license in 2011, Dominika returned to public accounting at a firm in Melville, New York, where she spent eleven years providing accounting, tax, and audit services to a diverse client base — building long-term relationships on trust, responsiveness, and technical expertise. When the firm’s owner retired in December 2022, she proudly took over the practice and has continued serving its clients while expanding the firm’s services.

Today, Dominika provides comprehensive accounting and tax services to individuals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations — including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, tax planning and preparation, GAAP financial statement audits, and nonprofit audits. With nearly two decades in public accounting, she is committed to personalized, reliable service that helps clients make informed financial decisions with confidence.
